Spread over 25 acres of land, this fortified heritage property with gigantic black stone walls is one of the world's first museum fort, which is on a hillock South of Pune at a height of 2511 ft above sea level. There are two dining outlets, namely the Mostly Grills Restaurant with an open-air ambiance, offering barbecue delicacies, and a 24 hours coffee shop by the name of Chhajja, which overlooks the Sahayadris. Guests can also watch Nature at close quarters near the hotel's watering holes.

In the evenings, guests can lounge near the pool-side bar called Bawdi, and enjoy a drink amid the picturesque and romantic setting of the hotel. History enthusiasts can browse through the amazing collection placed at the museum called Aai Vyapar Kendra. Corporates are also facilitated with a conference hall and a business center called Kund. There is also an outdoor conference hall at the lawn space, which can cater up to 1500 people.
