Woodside Retreat

This 3 Star resort is at the edge of the Oak and Rhododendron Forest at Pangot. There are six well-appointed double bedded rooms to choose from. Guests are catered with a gourmet cuisine in the dining area, which sports a vintage decor, and can also relish on a barbecue fare. Adding fun to the stay is the round house maintained with log fires. Corporate travelers are also facilitated with a conference room, which is equipped with a home theatre, laser disc player, and a pool-table for entertainment.

Both the cottages are catered to by resident Chef and the room service staff. Special care is taken in hygienic preparation of all meals, which are prepared from locally grown organic food. There is a vantage point equipped with a telescope from where guests can enjoy a 360 view of the serene surroundings. Guests can also get an opportunity to sight some exotic birds from its vicinity, namely Mountain hawk eagle, Oriental turtle dove, Red-billed blue magpie and Brown-fronted woodpecker.
