Red Roof - a coffee shop in the lobby serves breakfast, lunch and snacks, and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Guests can also enjoy a multi-cuisine fare at Symphony, which is located a level below the lobby. One can also unwind in the cool ambiance of the pub, which is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

There are recreational facilities, namely the squash court, table tennis room, billiards room, and children's playground, which are maintained with Panda rides and inflatable ball poll. A 48' x 32' rectangular ballroom is ideal for parties, conferences and seminars, and can accommodate up to 180 persons in theatre style. There is also a pre-function area which is used for the tea/coffee and lunch breaks. An in-house fitness centre is there fully equipped with a gym, a sauna and a steam room.
