The Palace Utelia

The Palace Utelia is a heritage property located in Lothal, one and a half hours drive from Ahmedabad.The Palace, situated on the northern tip of the Kathiwar peninsula,enroute from Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar,is a renowned stately home still occupied by the owners. The Palace is built in the Indo-Saracenic style with domes and columns. The palace has an arched gateway that leads to a hall decorated with age old chandeliers.

The Palace provides meals in the dining hall which seats upto 32 guests and serves Indian, Chineses, Continental and traditional Kathiawadi and Rajasthani cuisine. Activities at the palace include village tour,wildlife tours,birdwatching and sightseeing trips Recreation at the palace includes Gala evenings of dance and music with folk dances of Gujarat, Kathiawadi dinner and lighting up of the palace.
