La Exotica(formerly Sweet Heart Hotel) 
'La Exotica' rests peacefully in the picnickers paradise of Lonavala. The resort boasts a total of 48 well appointed rooms. There is also a multi-cuisine restaurant, and four air-conditioned conference rooms with modern amenities. The hotel has its swimming pool adorned by an artistic artificial waterfall and sporty activities, namely archery and rifle shooting. The resort is an ideal retreat for those out on business, pleasure or a mix of both. Check-in time: 10a.m. The multi-cuisine restaurant serves veg, non-veg as well as Jain food. The four conference chambers have split air-conditioners ranging from 1 to 4 units and accommodate between 25 to 80 pax. The guests can be provided with flip chart stands, white boards with markers, podiums and public address systems,LCD projectors, OHP, slide projectors, computers, laptops etc. Poolside buffet, meals, bonfires, barbecues can be arranged.
