This 100 acres of Nature reserve and organic farmland provide budget accommodation, and is located at Kumpoor Vayal post. Within its rustic ambiance are nine basic cottages that are actually situated on an elephant migration route, which is centuries old. There is a gourmet restaurant that uses organic ingredients for its food preparations. The restaurant offer dinner with bonfire and can also be converted into a mini-conference venue, which can accommodate a group of 30 people.

This hotel also maintains a fresh juice bar and an organic coffee bar. Guests can be a part of the coffee roasting workshop and can also take a trip to the organic coffee plantation. Adventurers at heart can enjoy horse-riding and gallop away in its natural surroundings. One can also rejuvenate with a massage therapy or a yoga session, which are organized on request.

It is designed with local granite floors and decorated with re-cycled Burma-teak, which are salvaged from demolished old houses., Solar lights and kerosene lanterns are equipped in this room. Bathroom has western-style toilet seat and firewood are used as fuel for hot water showers. During winter nights, guests can warm up and get cozy with locally made wood stoves.
