There are three guest rooms with two beds/double bed to reside in. Guests can relax and dine in the comfortable lounge with a private dining area. They can also rejuvenate by spending time in the Lily pool area with tropical fish, water lilies, and lotuses to keep company with.

The property is maintained with an outdoor bar-be-cue with the appropriate accoutrements. Guests can sit outdoors and savour the kebabs and other Indian bar-be-cue dishes, while enjoying a hukah. There are other games, namely monopoly, scrabble, and chopad, which one can spend time with or can simply read a book from the collection. Gym facilities can also be extended to the guests, on prior intimation.
