The structure of the property is designed with red-coloured exterior walls and thatched roofs, and on the first floor are four exclusive spacious rooms each about 30-40 square meters in size. Guests can explore the city by taking the Dolphin and Backwater cruises, and also visit heritage sites such as Archaeological Museum in Old Goa, and Kala Academy in Miramar.
