This waterfront resort amidst swaying palm trees is located at the end of a quaint Goan village at Dona Paula, where the Arabian Sea and Zuari River converge. There are ten distinctly decorated sea facing rooms, seven of the rooms are housed in the main building, and three rooms are located on the hilly land. Guests can enjoy a sun tan by lounging on the sun beds. For rejuvenation there are yoga sessions and Ayurvedic massages, which are both available on call.

Jet and water skis, para sailing and sail boats are also available on call.
