The two-storied stone mansion is reminiscent of the colonial rule, built in 1911, and located in the first hill station set up by the British. The stucco facade and panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks like Trishul, Nanda Devi, Nanda Ghunte, Mrigthuni and Maiktoli add to its charm. There are tastefully done rooms and suites that are large and decorated in ethnic themes. An in-house restaurant, library, parlour and other features make it the perfect spot to unwind, away from bustling cities. The hotel's seven exquisitely-decorated rooms and suites are complemented by a multi-cuisine restaurant that serves Indian, Continental and Kumaoni fare.
